Help! I lost an earring!
It happens, not to worry! You can buy a replacement single! Use the code: LOST on any earrings to buy a replacement! If your earrings have a designated left and right facing earring, let me know in the "Special Instructions" box which one you need!
I have sensitive ears, will your earrings irritate my ears?
I use high-quality materials designed to be gentle on sensitive ears, including gold-filled and rose gold-filled ear wires, 925 sterling silver, gold vermeil, and 304 stainless steel. While everyone's sensitivity is different, these materials are generally well-tolerated.
If you have extreme sensitivities to copper (commonly found in sterling silver and 14k gold), I recommend stainless steel as it contains no copper.
Can you do clip-ons?
Yes! I can turn any dangle earrings into clip-ons. All earrings in the MOD Collection and the Tracery Collection can be made into clip-ons. Just leave a note at check out!

Can I return or exchange sale items?
No, all sale items including items purchased with a discount code or during a sale, are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
