As a default, domestic orders ship via USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation, and you will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your order goes out. You can expect your order to arrive about 3-6 days after receiving shipment notification.
You may select priority shipping at checkout if you need your item faster.
All orders over $100 qualify for free domestic shipping.
Shipping for international orders are typically shipped via USPS First Class International, which usually takes about two weeks to arrive, but can take up to 3 or 4 weeks depending on how long a package is held in customs.
*Please note that USPS has suspended shipping to certain countries. If your country is listed here, shipping may be more expensive than normal because we will need to ship using FedEx or UPS*
All orders over $200 qualify for free international shipping.
Customs and import taxes & fees
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. You may receive an additional invoice for import fees depending on the country. Please pay this invoice promptly to prevent additional delays. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
Items in unworn, original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please package the items using the original boxes and padding to protect the pieces during shipment. STUDIYO Jewelry will be unable to issue a refund for lost or damaged packages and I reserve the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned is damaged in any way.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method. An email confirmation of your refund will be sent to you.
- Restocking Fee: As a small business we do not have the resources to process the volumes of returns like the Amazon's of the internet, so we do have a small restock fee of 15% of the item's original price. This will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- Shipping costs are not refundable, and STUDIYO Jewelry is not responsible for return shipping costs.
- All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
