U.S. Shipping
All orders ship from San Diego, California.
Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–6 business days after shipment.

Free U.S. shipping on orders over $150.
International Shipping
International orders are typically shipped via USPS First Class International. Most packages arrive in 2–3 weeks, but delivery times can vary depending on customs processing in your country.
To make international ordering more accessible, we offer flat shipping rates and free shipping thresholds by region:
- Canada: Free shipping on orders over $175 USD
- UK & Europe: Free shipping on orders over $200 USD
- Rest of World: Free shipping on orders over $250 USD
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout so you can see the full cost before placing your order.
Please note: Some countries may require duties or import taxes upon delivery. These are set by your country and are not collected by us.
If USPS shipping is unavailable to your country, we may ship via UPS or FedEx instead. In those cases, shipping rates may be higher and will be shown at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed to the carrier, shipping times are out of our control. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help you file a claim or locate the package.
