1. To wear, pull the hinge outward and slip the earring on starting under the lobe.
2. To detach the hanging charm, simply hold it gently and twist the smaller ball. (It's threaded, so take care not to drop or lose the ball cap.) Slide the charm out of the cuff, and reattach the ball for safekeeping.
